FEATURES
We have two fussy cats who both love these cat biscuits. I like that they have great quality ingredients. I also like the free sample pack and free shipping as well as the convenience of the subscription.
Cats live the food but the pieces are too big-more suited to small dog
It seems the kibbles aren’t a size my kitty likes, she has coughed, spluttered & refused to eat them For the last week. Lucky there was a river red sample she seems to not mind, but unsure if it’s just bc there is nothing else - if we can exchange or the like that might be good but for now, v. Expensive food unsure where I can put except in the bin as no shelter will take open food. It also is a bit confusing with the ingredients of fruit & veg, but I guess things need to be filled out somehow.
My cat loves the Fisherman's Feast, and he's very fussy. I am not understanding, though, how, with the inclusion of fruits and vegetables, it could be deemed 'biologically appropriate' for cats who are, of course, obligate carnivores. I notice that the ingredients and nutritional breakdown is exactly the same as the Fisherman's Feast for dogs, with only one slight difference (the cat formula includes DL Methionine down near the bottom of the list). And the 3kg bag for cats is $6 dearer than the dog's formula. ?? Anyway, I'm giving 3 stars because its one of the few dry foods that my cat will eat, and it looks like I don't have to worry about the dog stealing some of the cat's food!
