Perishable goods such as pet food, pet supplements and pet treats cannot be returned unless we shipped you the wrong product.
If we shipped you the wrong product, we will pay for the cost of shipping the product back to us.
All we ask is that the product you are returning is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and it is in the original box and packaging.
To make a return, take the following steps:
1. Contact our Customer Care team by emailing email@example.com.
2. Place the Order Confirmation or Invoice inside the return carton and ship product back to us to the following address:
