I brought items and I ordered the wrong item

I spoke to a lady and was advised I will need to pay postage which is fine
So I also did another order which was the same but for my DOG
BUT THE POSTAGE WAS $23.30
But I still sent it back
Then got the refund of $40.00
I called back and was told that she told me postage should be $9.99
But NOPE
SO I HAVE PAID SO MUCH FOR THE FOOD FOR MY DOG TO TRY
No I will NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN
IT HAS COST ME SO MUCH MONEY and I was not treated very nicely by that lady

I have four cats. None of them would eat it. I’ve spent over $200 which is just a waste of my money. There’s no money back guarantee or trial period with this company. Most companies have some kind of guarantee they don’t was a huge mistake to get so much. I got three different flavours all of the different styles. The biscuits are really hard are two smaller cats which are six and eight months old had problems chewing the biscuits lost interest very quick and overall none of them have eaten any of them the Vita treat is the only one that they’ve had a few of but I’m talking about a handful of the biscuits overall very very disappointing experience

Great packaging, cats eat it and seems to enjoy it.

I ordered the free samples to try on my fussy cat who has food sensitivities and paid the $10 shipping. It did say 4x Fisherman’s feast but I naively thought there would be 4 different flavours. This was not the case, all the samples were the same and now I’m in a dilemma because my cat didn’t like the one variety I got which is a shame because now I’m hesitant to buy other flavours. Had I got 4 different flavours I might have found one she liked.
